Can't start Alderaan Bonus Series

For some reason I can't begin the Alderaan Bonus Series.  I'll admit I'm at level 55, but I would think that I'd be able to start it.  I know that I hadn't started it because I hadn't discovered the ...

I think since 4.0 most Bonus Series , something like up from Nar Shaddaa, start with lvl 60.
