Can't start first story mission with BH

@HalifaxBats Sounds like your installation damaged and needs repairing ( Guide ) or, what is more likely on a new installation, your PC is so much below system requirements that it cannot load the quest conversation (you need some real dedicated VRAM on your graphic card for the mission videos). Making sure that your drivers are not ancient also helps. I never heard about a bug which includes Braden. 

If you use the referral link of a player your account will get 7 days of Premium as a trial which would give you the option to open an in-game ticket. 

That non-Premium players cannot contact the Gamemaster service might sound silly but I never heard of a game which offers free Gamemaster in-game service (you get tech and account support for free if you call them). 

This is actually my second time reinstalling it because the first issue was it either saying 0% installation or saying 100% installation but never completing. The PC is definitely not the issue. When I CAN play I can play is with all settings maxed (I spent a lot to make this gaming rig unstoppable lol). And whereas I used to be a subscriber, I don't qualify for the 7 day trial anymore. I can try using the repair tool again but if that doesn't work, then I guess that will have to be that! 

Update: I tried creating a new Sith sorcerer afterward and the same problem occurred with that starting quest NPC as well.

Tried those solutions twice and it still does the problem persists. Game runs fine, starts with my flying in on a shuttle etc, then when I click on the starting NPC, it just replays the starting shuttle cinematic. And then I click NPC again and same result. I'm going to do a 100% uninstall again. 

Super annoying bug. 

Complete uninstall, complete re-install. Then the ol 0%/100% issue, fixed that. Let the game install fully before clicking play. Started the game, went into a new character (they still automatically play the shuttle intro). Then I clicked on the NPC again and it restarts the intro shuttle cinematic again. Then I restarted, tried again, same problem. Then I tried another character, same issue. If a game dev or customer service person somehow manages to see this, I could use some hardcore advice here on what's going wrong. I have had this game running flawlessly on this computer only a bit over a year ago and zero issue and now I can't play at all (Unless I feel like just playing the characters I already have.)

Tray switching to the non-streaming launcher as per here and see if that works.
