Can't Start Rise of the Hutt Cartel

I am not a subscriber, and have a level 50 character that I have completed the Jedi knight story arc with.  I have redeemed the code to get the two free expansions. I have received the in-game email ...

    @Dameronus

    They email is probably not completely right, RotHC starts at lvl 51.

Just to be sure have you logged out altogether and logged back in ?

ROTC should also actually be appearing in your account if successfully redeemed 

Edit - the mission isnt in the holoterminal there is a separate mission terminal on the ship

    I redeemed the code before I logged into the game. I will try and log back in later
