Can't subscribe on swtor.com

Swtor support said the account is ok, they can see a lot of failed attempts though
they recommend removing and re-adding the card details ensuring the card details are correct , otherwise try a different payment method
maybe paypal if that is an option for example
When I try to remove my debit card and add it back, it says, "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one."
Also, when I go to my transaction history, it says, "Account details for[edit: email address removed]
Is that the EA account linked to my SWTOR account? If so, how do I access it?the linked ea account uses the email address displayed on that page , so login into that ea account using the email displayed, if need reset its password if not sure on the password
as to debit card, that is likely why you have an issue, recurring subscriptions require a credit card normally , you may be able to purchase 60 days as non recurring subscription
paypal with that card may work , otherwise a different payment methodif you link to steam per https://help.ea.com/in/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-on-steam/ , steam is a different merchant so that may work too
But what do I use to access that email, because in order to reset the password, I have to go into the email
