the linked ea account uses the email address displayed on that page , so login into that ea account using the email displayed, if need reset its password if not sure on the password
as to debit card, that is likely why you have an issue, recurring subscriptions require a credit card normally , you may be able to purchase 60 days as non recurring subscription
paypal with that card may work , otherwise a different payment method
if you link to steam per https://help.ea.com/in/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-on-steam/ , steam is a different merchant so that may work too
But what do I use to access that email, because in order to reset the password, I have to go into the email

if you dont have access to that email address you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open they can update the email used on that account https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/4806237/jump-to/first-unread-message
That email address you should have access too, i would presume it was used to create the swtor account originally- 2 years ago
No it's some really long email address that ends with @anonymous.ea.com
One other thing. I've used this card before. I had a subscription, and I canceled it, but now I want to subscribe again. That's why I'm so confused as to why it's not working 😂

ahh ok that means it is a newer swtor account created after June 25th 2019 (didnt check age of the account), ignore the linkage you will not get access to that account, it is used for purchasing on swtor only
this is detailed in https://help.ea.com/nz/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked/
edit: maybe also check with the card issuer (bank) to see if they can see any reason for the failed attempts to purchase
