I had the same problem until I reset my EA Account password. My login credentials had expired and it was affecting my SWTOR account.

Glad to hear your account is sorted

unfortunately that is not the issue for those on this page and a password reset will not help them , their issue can only be resolved by calling

  @KamiSFX Support was hard to reach, but friendly. The problem appears to be: Inactive accounts are deactivated. And using SWTOR does not count as "active"! The account needs to login to origin.com once every 3 - 4 months.

    I'm having this issue. However, I have a problem with phones. Is there any other way to contact support, preferrably by email?
