Hey I'm having this issue as well, my username is KingARSSR.
I can't seem to subscribe to SWTOR either. I'm having an issue with my EA account that will not allow me to purchase anything. My username for my SWTOR account is Arthonius. Any info back would be great. Thanks!
Support can see you are subscribed now , so that is good to hear
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona suicidalxmonkey (not NoAimNolan your posting on now) that EA account uses a hotmail email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
I didn't have an EA account linked to the same e-mail as the swtor account with the username KingARSSR, nonetheless I created one and tried purchasing and it still didn't work.
I tried resetting the password on that account I just created and tried purchasing on incognito mode and that also did not work.
I tried purchasing subscription through steam, the money was charged but I still don't have subscription (and obviously can't refund that).

the gametime cant be added until the account issue is sorted , the ea account likely has the email used to create that swtor account
Have flagged to check the account response will be in about 8 hrs when support are online for the day
