default player store not popup

i, got problem that (fun) out the game is being removed. 

because before the so called update. the stores did popup and where can buy stuff. 

like mats and a speeder or some nice looking clothing but now it's totally not even working  the junk remain but no where you can sell it. heck not even a store that popup where can just sell the  junk. this must be "like well enjoy the game if your inventory is full it's game over" because why are there even junk in game where normally should sell it but "no store in game is working.
