To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona abcpm9oscs644a (not nonsensicalspud your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

im having the same issue.
ive reseted the pw, used incognito and nothing changed. Then i redownloaded the game with steam, linked my account. I bought the subscription on steam succesfully, but my account sais im still free-to-play user. However according to my steam i have the subsrciption dlc.

You need to call swtor support when the lines open to fix an account issue ( no way around calling ) , check for your email when you call too

I have the same issue with subscription. My SWTOR acc username is Unterrrr, EA acc is Unterrr. I've changed the password for my EA acc, used incognito mod, but it didn't help/

I followed your instructions and changed again my EA acc password ([edit: email address removed] email - same as swtor one) and these actions didn't help at all.
