account is fine , if you still get an error on swtor.com use incognito mode on chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies
@proxos666 Linking my account to steam seemed to solve the issue. However I purchased a 30 day sub through steam and it hasn't applied to my account i am still set to preferred. Any thoughts?
