Greetings! I am writing to you because I am faced with the problem of monstrous harassment on your part. I am a Ukrainian citizen with a Ukrainian passport, a longtime Star Wars: The Old Republic game subscriber, and a Ukrainian bank card holder. I recently discovered that I can no longer pay for my subscription because I am visiting my girlfriend in the Russian Federation. How dare you? I am outraged to the core. I convincingly insist on restoring justice and stopping the persecution of Ukrainian citizens in Russia. If required, I am ready to provide the necessary documents.

This is a region sanction and not a per person sanction and is not just swtor but all EA titles, I doubt this is going to change any time soon.
