Subscription Issue

Bonjour je vous écris pour vous un signaler bug sur swtor je suis un joueur privilège mais quand je veux reprendre mon abonnement j'ai message d'erreur comme quoi je  dois contacter le service merci bien pour votre aide

Hello I am writing to you to report a bug on swtor I am a preferred player but when I want to resume my subscription I get an error message stating that I must contact the service thank you very much for your help
