Hello! I dont know if my issue is exactly the same as the one described here: When I try to purchase a subscribtion, I most of the times do not get send to the 3rd party payment websites and even if I pass the payment website successfully, the SWTOR website tells that the payment fails. My swtor persona is ginger__ (2 underscores). I would appreciate any help!
You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can assist fixing the account issue you have

I had my subscription run out yestersay, and try to re-subscription again today, and get this message when i try:
An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later.
I have try several times with different subscription plans, but gets the same messages.
Is this a thing you maybe can help with or do i need to call support about it?
