Can't Subscribe to SWTOR

Support said the account is ok , it appears your payment provider blocked the purchase
I bought a subscription on Steam on May 6th for 30 days. But my status in the game has not changed from preferred to subscriber.

try resending from the email attached to the swtor account firstup , let me know when sent so i can check if it arrives ok
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has persona ooheeoohahah (not ryukoshan your posting on now) that EA account uses a gmail email ( different email to swtor )
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Hi, I seem to be having the same issue. I have reached lvl 60 on my characert and decided to continue playing subscribed,
and I qoute:
"However there is an issue with ny electronics arts account wich prevents SWOTOR purchases until resolved. Please support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."
I have tried the advice of resetting my ea account password and tried to log in through a diffrent web browser and the issue sadly persists. Any ideas pls? Thank you
