  Support see no account issue , try using incognito mode with chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies and see if it persists

my english is too bad but i have the same isue im from chile and I have the same problem
I can't pay for the subscription my account name is mariannesussane
what will be the problem?

Besides, I paid for a time code but it didn't work, it tells me that it's already active
and i can't pay for one month and two month subscription

  also email the code into support@swtor.com from the email address you have put on the swtor account
  
  Edit : when i checked support could not see an email with the code yet
  
  The Linked EA account has been disabled and its data has been wiped
  
  use this link to try and restore the account the email needed is a Hotmail address (Swtor has a different email address)
  
  for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.
