Cant subscribe to SWTOR

when i try to purchase my subscription I get this error:

There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance

I have been out of SWTOR since 2018ish maybe, my account is preferred

if the swtor account is MasterChiefRandy then the swtor account appears fine , try using incognito mode on chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies and see if the issue persists

otherwise if that isnt the right swtor account i need the account name to check the account
