swtor username ? can flag with swtor support for monday for you

if you know the linked EA account to that swtor account try a password reset initially , can be the swtor email but it doesnt need to be anymore , it can be a previous email used on the swtor account too.
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona kengel1234 (not kengel123 that your posting on now) that EA account uses the same gmx email as on your swtor account

Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) they should email when it is fixed
to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted
I'm having an issue with this as well, tried calling but got an automated message saying they were unavailable

I have the same issue..
I can't subscribe via swtor.com, I've tried all the tips and tricks from both reddit and this website (changing password, using a different browser etc.) and none of it helps.. The "support" page just direct me to a number I can call - but I'm not about to call a company in order to help them help me give them money. It's insane! It should not in the 21st century be difficult to throw money at people.
My account name on swtor.com is Romaltya..
I learned that its EA and not a "bug" type of problem. They are deactivating your account after some amount of inactivity (year?) and that they have to make it active again by call support. I am totally not going to go through that every 1-2 years for a game that is climbing to 50th MMO ranking. Time to finally quit and play something from top10.
Support said the swtor account is fine on their side , for them it looks like a payment issue with bank decline
try removing and re-adding the payment method or try a different payment method initially
Sorry it still says error - and my banking works fine on every single website I buy stuff from, except EAs.. I have no doubt where the problem lies.. I don't get why EA makes it difficult to give them money - but if it's not fixed it's not fixed.
