I seem to be having the exact same issue as I am getting the same message as the original poster.
SWTOR account name is: Amyweiwein
Your account has been sent to studio for investigation as well
at present you can subscribe via steam , just be sure the accounts are linked by playing a character via steam before purchasing a subscription
