Tried to reset password , used different web browse and nothing.

Support cant see an email from you was that sent from the email on the swtor account ?

You also need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona vontoybie  (not Toybie66 your posting on now) that EA account uses a mail email 

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

let me know if you resend an email from the swtor email will check it arrives ok

The issue you have with the linked ea account is fixable but you do need to call swtor support when the lines open to get it fixed.
