You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona peter14345 (not AlphaD3g) that EA account uses a gmx email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Hi,
Is there a way to link accounts that use different email? I have a SWTOR account that was created with a mail that is different from the one I have for my EA account. I found no way to actually link the SWTOR account if the email are different (and EA account say "invalid email" when trying to change it to a gmail account, which is the one used for SWTOR account).

Your swtor account is already linked to an EA account , and they can use different emails per https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked
you cannot change what accounts are linked though

Thanks, so the accounts are linked even with a different email? I was reading the FAQ about transfer accounts over to EA, and one of the pre-requisite was to use the same email used for SWTOR.
In fact I can't even see the SWTOR in my linked accounts on my EA page; which is why I thought I need to change the same email or I won't be able to link the accounts

what is the swtor username and can check what ea account is linked
swapping accounts is not possible per https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/linking-accounts-and-persona-transfers/
STAR WARS™: The Old Republic
- SW:TOR accounts will break permanently and will not be transferred under any circumstances.

I also have the subscription error stating "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."
I have reset my password on both SWTOR and EA multiple times to ensure they are the same and I still cannot purchase the subscription.

Your account has been sent to studio for fixing, they should email when it is fixed
to subscribe for now as a workaround, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

Just tried to re-subscribe after being ill for awhile but it says I have a problem on my account, Username is Piratedav.
EDIT--so read the above posts and although I could not sub through the SWTOR account page, I downloaded the steam version and subbed through that instead, which did work so I am playing again.
Would still like to know why my account page does not work but at least i am back in 🙂

- 4 years ago@proxos666 HadesCronos is the display name and the bank slip page shows this "Your order will be completed after you pay the full amount on your printed banking ticket at a cash outlet or via online banking. Funds must be received within thirty days or this transaction will be canceled."
