TwiztidMango is my user and I cant subscribe by card through the site or from codes on amazon. 3 times the codes had validation errors and then said already used. I had to get them all refunded.
it will be monday before can have feedback for you here, you can call swtor support if want quicker
your account will be disabled for purchasing , no game time will add to your account until it is fixed
next time email the codes into support@swtor.com there was nothing wrong with the codes its your account
you can try entering the swtor email into https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword
and then use incognito on chrome to be sure the web browser cache isnt caching the pages

I stated in this public forum I am done with this game. I got my refunds and there should be countermeasures for account problems like this. Seriously I have waited long enough to play this game (3 years) and honestly this account issue should be resolved by EA. Especially considering this problem existed without my interference and at no fault on my end. To have to wait an entire weekend just to be able to play the game properly after level 20. It's simple we as humans have a finite amount of time. This was a waste of mine.
