Support are refunding the 4 purchases made whilst account was disabled , so they will process back now
to fix the account
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona johnnyvetter (not johnnyvetter15) that EA account uses the same live.dk email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support see a steam account linked if you have any steam purchases the proof of purchase needs to be emailed in per https://answers.ea.com/t5/STAR-WARS-The-Old-Republic/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I've been experiencing this issue for months. Upon final checkout, whether through Steam or the swtor website, it will only give some kind of error message.

swtor dont see any recent purchases attempts from you, also steam purchases are a total different company
if you have trouble with both, suggest try a different payment method first
