Hello,
I can't add any subscription to my account.
My display name is fausap. I tried to change the browser, use incognito mode, reset the password, but I got a maintenance web page warning me that the billing services are not available at this time.
Is it possible to check exactly what's happening?

It appears your EA account with the persona gorthaur72 which uses the same gmail as your swtor account is presently banned.
you are best to open a ticket at help.ea.com for a banned origin account , once that is sorted then the swtor account will work again too
@proxos666 Thanks for the info. This is unbelievable... but I cannot also access myaccount.ea.com, it returns an error.

In the article, they say they should send an email about the suspension, but I never received an email from EA.
The latest email is about my Cartel Coins reward for the subscription. I played one week ago and now I cannot even open a case: their solution, check AnswerHQ or call them, so I have to pay an international phone call to the UK, trying to explain something I don't know the reason for.
This is really unbelievable! They had technical issues, I'm sure about that, caused maybe by the storm, and now the players are paying the consequences.
