In the article, they say they should send an email about the suspension, but I never received an email from EA.
The latest email is about my Cartel Coins reward for the subscription. I played one week ago and now I cannot even open a case: their solution, check AnswerHQ or call them, so I have to pay an international phone call to the UK, trying to explain something I don't know the reason for.
This is really unbelievable! They had technical issues, I'm sure about that, caused maybe by the storm, and now the players are paying the consequences.
Calling swtor support will not help unfortunately , this is an EA account issue not a swtor account issue, having a banned EA account affects purchasing for all linked accounts
Did you select Origin as the game ?
