cant subscribe

I also cannot subscribe. I've tried: 

-changing browsers

-incognito

-resetting passwords (both SWTOR and EA)

-clearing cookies/caches

My SWTOR username is DrakeMalachite. 

I'd like to pay, please help! 🙂

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona malachitedrake (not DrakeMalachite) that EA account uses a gmail email but it is different to the one on the swtor account

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I have done all of the above and still cannot subscribe. I have changed EA passwords, SWTOR passwords, different browsers, different computers, and incognito mode. Still get the same Maintenance error.  SWTOR Username: Malzacc EA: Mrmicrobes. 

I don't seem to have access to the malachitedrake associated email. I can't get into the EA account for that. Is there another way to fix this?

Easiest is likely call swtor support , they should be able to update the email on the linked EA account

If you call swtor support when the lines are open they can/should be able to update the email on the linked EA account for you

I have been away for about 1 year....downloaded the game and went to begin my subscription....however it tells me EA is experiencing very high traffic and try later....it has been doing that for about 48 hours now...please advise My username is talrath

can't subscribe, it says "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one." and the card works since I recently bought Pacify from an offer on Steam.

I'm unable to purchase a subscription at all.  It says the servers cannot be contacted at this time and to check Twitter.  Twitter obviously says nothing about this.

Support said your account is ok , can try whilst using incognito mode on chrome, but if it persists maybe will need to use a different payment method.

if you have played through steam already , you can subscribe via steam , it will be fine as long as you are linked with the account, so play via steam and login to a character will do it
