I have been away for about 1 year....downloaded the game and went to begin my subscription....however it tells me EA is experiencing very high traffic and try later....it has been doing that for about 48 hours now...please advise My username is talrath
Support said it looks like you got it sorted yourself, any further issue ?

can't subscribe, it says "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one." and the card works since I recently bought Pacify from an offer on Steam.

I'm unable to purchase a subscription at all. It says the servers cannot be contacted at this time and to check Twitter. Twitter obviously says nothing about this.

Support said your account is ok , can try whilst using incognito mode on chrome, but if it persists maybe will need to use a different payment method.
if you have played through steam already , you can subscribe via steam , it will be fine as long as you are linked with the account, so play via steam and login to a character will do it

Support suggest talking to your bank before trying again
