Hey I'm having trouble as well My account DylanbezzNGNL was connected on steam and i have had a subscription on there for a while and my most recent renewal went through on steam on 6th May but I haven't got it the subscription anymore when I log on through steam even tried paying for 60 days game time to see if that worked but I still have preferred status and I'm not subscribed any chance any one can help?

can check the account and that the email is there when support come online in about 10 hrs

I had Problems with subscribing this morning because swtor didnt accept my paypal for some reason. After subscribing with a different paypal it worked but i didnt get my subscribiton yet. I waited some time but nothing happened.
My swtor name is :"MoonlightD"- proxos6664 years agoHero+
Support are adding 60 days game time and have placed 4 x unconfirmed purchases into the refund queue to be refunded if they close off in the system
so you should be sorted now

having the same issue. Can't get in contact with customer support? How did you fix it?
I too pay by PayPal and it shows its still active... Don't have an option to change payment method since it just keeps coming up with SWTOR are experiencing issues with my account. This is not good service!
