You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue
edit: support dont see an email from you , so have the screenshots handy when you call and ask to upload to a case whilst on the phone
@proxos666 I got a prepaid card today and when I redeemed it I got an error. My username is etnieskid.
Support said you have the gametime now , so that is good to hear
