I bought it through steam, but I'm having the same problem, they don't activate my subscription. I don't know what else to do, I already reset and did the steps, but it seems that nothing is enough. Does anyone have any idea what I can still do? Calling support is not an option, only the value of the call is the price of a subscription.

Is flagged will have a response in about 9 - 10 hrs when support are online here for the day

Support have your email however gametime cant be added until the below is sorted
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona lordhagno (not qs25zxeg3piw your posting on now) that EA account uses a Gmail email ( email is different Gmail to what is on the swtor account )
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
let me know when sorted and can chase up the email for you
