Cant use prepaid code

After years i decided to come back to SWTOR. I used to be subscribed and today i bought a prepaid card from Amazon. When i go to redeem a code, i get the following message:

There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.

I reset my password on both SWTOR and EA/Origin account, made them be the same one too just in case but still cant redeem codes.

My SWTOR display name is AndresDB

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
