Captcha not allowing log in to The Old Republic

The CAPTCHA value could not be validated I get this message anytime I want to log in OR make a new Star Wars account. My EA account log in credentials don't work, I have no idea what to do, because ...

Tried on Windows 10 using Google Chrome. Firefox and Microsoft Edge as well as on two android devices using chrome. Tried clearing cache and cookies. still the same result.
