180 days subscription hasn't been processed

Hi

It has been more than 48 hours since I purchased an 180 day subscription and it hasn't been processed.

the account name is: Amorias

  • Hi if your logged in you will need to log out and back in again for the sub to reflect in the account

    you will need to renew this manually when the 180 days expires if you want to  continue the sub as due to needing to add gametime manually this will not renew automatically

  • Can you confirm the transaction status on the account says open, closed or failed ?

    I have had similar. Auto reknewed the 180 days subscription, no issues before through steam, and now it hasn't worked and made me a preffered player. Logged in yesterday and was fine, logged in today and now preffered. Bought it on 29th.
