Card not accepted for subscription
Have tried to subscribe multiple times, reset EA password, tried to buy in incognito mode, cleared the cache manually, tried the 60 day instead of thirty. Exact message is "We're sorry, but we can't...

Swtor Support have said your account is disabled, this will be the cause of rejecting cards me thinks
You do need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue, it should be a quick fix though
