Cartel Item no longer in collection after purchase

"Hello There!"

Around a week ago I bought the "Intelligence Agent's Armor Set" from the cartel market. After buying it I claimed it and then added the full set to my outfit designer (currently wearing said outfit on my character) and then removed all of the set but the helmet from my inventory. Last night I wanted to put the armor set on my companion, so I went to the cartel collections page and the armor set was no longer there! After scrolling through the collection page I came across the set and it said that the item is currently not in my collection and that I could not reclaim it! I am not a subscriber, so I can't write them a ticket in game and the responder to my support email guided me here. Hopes someone could help me resolve this issue or at least give me a rundown on why I no longer own something I already bought.
