Cartel Store - Crew skill unlock?

All other unlocks seem to be the same way. I click on "buy now" and try to select between the character or account variations...and nothing changes. For example..the crew skill unlock costs $420 coins. I would ASSUME thats just for 1 character, as the one I bought for my main account a year ago was like $940. Both little boxes say "this item can be purchased for (character/account)" However, again...clicking on either of them does nothing???? 

I contacted customer support...and they will look into this issue. Frustrating to say the least...as Im ready to drop cash on purchases across multiple accounts. Ugh.

While not a a fix for the root problem I prefer to gain the 2nd crew skill by going to preferred status by subbing for a month. Then get the 3rd crew skill in the Preferred Friends Bundle from a refer a friend link.

Thats just it though....Im taking a 2nd F2P account and spending money on the cartel market (which will unlock the 2nd crew skill as a prefered), and buying the (3rd) crew skill slot unlock. Which...I cant do for my account wide since I cant select such an option to purchase. 

When I click the "Buy Now" I get two BIG icons one Character/420cc the other Account/945cc.  I've got a gold border around the character one.  Clicking the icon for the Account moves the border there.  Judging from your post your saying neither the prices is being listed nor does the gold border get displayed?  Or are you not getting the screen that has the "Complete Transaction" button?

I click on the cartel market button. Click on the unlock menu on the left. I click on the 🏈 page/tab. I click on the Unlock: Crew Skill slot (listed at $420. I click "buy now"

The 2 icons are visable, with a gold border around each...but not lit up or anything. The only price shown is the $420. I can click on the character icon or account icon but nothing changes. Its like theres not even selectable options. 

That was supposed to be a number 2....dont know how it turned into an odd icon?

And its not just the crew skill unlock....its anything that has a character/account variation regarding a purchase option.
