Changing Languages

Good Evening! 

I would like some details on changing languages in the game. I've been playing in English for many years, and would like to have a go in French for some time. My two questions are:

1. How do I download the assets for the French Language?

2. Will I be able to freely move back and forth between the two languages once the assets are downloaded, or will I have to re-download the English assets when I want to switch back?

    @Paco19931 

    When you open the launcher before you login, click the gear icon on the bottom left corner of the window and in the settings there you can change the language.  It should just download the new language assets and not delete the English one since you can switch between languages there anytime before you login.
