Just got back to play after about a year off and this is the first time I run into. 100% bugged and now im stuck. Maybe the upcoming patch will fix it?

    As per the link from proxos666 post above they are aiming for the 5.9.1 patch this tuesday.

    Have to wait for patch notes Monday to confirm
