Character Rename Re-use

Hi all. So I have an interesting problem. I bought a character rename token, I used it, but I messed up my name and I bought another token in order to fix that up. Problem is that game says that I won´t be able to rename my character for 30 days. Guess when the token expires.. in 30 days. Im not currently sub so I can´t contact the support. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can only rename your character every 30 days, that's why you got that error message.

You can write a mail to support@swtor.com and tell them there what happened. Please include the name you have now and the name you wanted to have, so they can see that it really was just a typo. They should be able to help you out 🙂

Ok then, That´s what I have done. It´s a pity that having being a subscriber for some months I don´t have the possibility to contact the support via in-game now. Thanks for your help.
