I would login to that character, double check the mailbox in case there is read mail still there or anything pending, guild, gtn, etc. Since it's that one character there is something the system sees that's blocking the transfer. For example there could be pending mail that hasn't been received if you unlocked something that was sent to all your characters similar to when you make a new character and have a bunch of mail
I'm home from work in 2 hours ao I can check then. I've deleted all mail just in case. I assumed gtn stuff would expire after so many months of inactivity. Also haven't been in a guild for just as long.
I'm very disappointed that this character won't transfer.
No Mail
No GTNNo Guild
No FriendsI expect to still be able to transfer this character for 300 cartel coins once this is resolved.

@ShadowCryptic42 can you check that you have a free character slot on your destination server. A transfer will fail if you do not have a free slot available to transfer your character to 🙂

I'd assume the check on the website would pickup something like that

It normally does, but sometimes misses it as well.
Strange indeed that it is not working. Sadly, I am not able to help on the forums with this any further. Would you mind sending in an in-game ticket so our CS-Team can take a closer look and help you transfer the character? 🙂
