Account lost

​Hello. The username for my lost account is DarthSiom.

​I'm a Star Wars: The Old Republic player from Day One, and I still have the Collector's Edition. I've lost access to my account.

​I have two main problems:

• ​My physical security key has stopped working and is now broken.
• ​The original email address for the account (a Hotmail one) was deactivated, so I can't reset my password.

​I need your help to remove the security key and change the email address associated with the account.
