characters been deleted
Hi i've had a few characters on this account and today i decided to log in again after a year or so and my characters have been deleted please help me

If your characters are gone first make sure they are not associated with another email address. Also check the server select screen to ensure they are not on a different server.
If you still cannot locate them, call customer service to have them verify they weren't deleted or if they are with another account. You can use the below information to call to have them verify once they verify your information:
