Characters missing
Hi!
I was a subscriber around 2014 (I have the receipt), and made a handful of characters from different races hoping to play them after my sub had ended. However they seem to be missing.
Although some time has passed, I decided to pick up the game again and installed it a couple weeks ago. Once I was logged in, I noticed a couple things:
First: My old server Begeren Colony was closed, and I had to choose a new server.
Second: I only had two characters available to play, and I had to rename them. All my other characters do not show up.
Third: It seems like the game doesn't think I am a preferred player, and am missing some things (like the complimentary cartel coins). Maybe this has something to do with the above?
