Character(s) Reverted

Greetings! Tiny issue with the game, loves.

One (potentially more of my characters but one for sure) has reverted to a state several hours prior to where she was. As such she lost five levels, several thousands of credits and has even reverted to an older outfit and hairstyle. Everything I had done that day has been completely undone  and, woe to me for not being a sub anymore, I can't make in-game support requests and thus, here I am. I dare not play on her any lest that makes any possible retrieval too 'complicated' but I'd like a response and possible fix for this, please.

Edit: To help expedite the potential processes; Naz'rin, Republic Trooper on Jedi Covenant

    It is likely something similar to harbinger occurred see here

    Per here all servers where restarted so harbinger likely wasnt the only one with a rollback for some players

    if this was the case there is nothing that can be done about the lost time unfortunately.
