Chracter Stuck and cannot use quick-travel/imperial fleet pass - Non-subscriber

My Character is stuck and unable to use quick travel or emergency fleet pass (it never loads enough to complete) as it seems to show it as being in motion.  Is it possible for an admin to relocate my character to the fleet or something? The character is on the Jedi Covenant Server. (named Borze). I am not a subscriber so I could not make a ticket there.
