Collectors Edition vendor bug? SWTOR

Question

I have a Problem with the Collectors edition vendor in Star Wars The Old Republic VIP section. i bought the Collectors edition some time ago and i went to the speciell vendor to check it out. But when i pressed it i was denied and it said i needed the Collectors edition access to talk to the vendor. Is this a bug or am i missing something!

Did you buy the Collectors Edition or the Digital Upgrade Pack the later gives accsess to the VIP area nad &nbsp;Vendor but not to the Collectors Edition Vendor, the Former cost normally over 200$ the later 5$

It sounds to me like you bought the digital upgrade which is different from the Collector's Edition.
You get all the shinies from the CE but you don't get access to the CE vendor.

when you create a new character do you get the collectors mail ?
