Unable to access account

Please help me. im unable to access my account due to forgetting the password. Ive used the reset password option to reset my password but am then told that a combination of username, password or passkey is incorrect. Im going round in circles

Hi there. Are you making sure you're trying to log in with the same account the password was changed for? If so, try opening a case with an advisor so they can assist with this. That can be found by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Thanks!

EA support are unable to assist with password issues on swtor accounts

You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open if you are unable to resolve this issue
