Companion customization vendor in cartel market on fleets mix up

I run into this a while ago, I went to cartel market on Republic fleet, saw a companion customization vendor, but only found the imperial companions there, so I went to check with one of my imperial characters and found only republic characters customizations, i am play on the star forge server, so i did not check if the problem exists on the other servers as well.

Is this a problem or do i need some thing special to change character customizations?
