Completed storyline gone?

So, I've recently finished installing the new update, and I logged on to the game to see something, but let me explain it.

A few weeks ago, I finished the Bounty Hunter storyline. Since I'd completed it, on the character selection screen on the left, it said "Class Stories 1/8 Completed", with the Bounty Hunter logo highlighted, like it should. Two days ago, I completed the Sith Warrior storyline. I went to the character selection screen to start working on my Jedi Knight, and as it should, it said "Class Stories 2/8 Completed", with the BH and SW logos highlighted.

However, I finished the update, started up the game, and on the character selection screen, it now say "Class Stories 1/8 Completed", with only the Sith Warrior logo highlighted. I logged onto my BH to see if there was a new part of the storyline, and there isn't, so I'm completely lost.

Can anyone help? I have completed Rise of the Hutt Cartel and working on Shadow of Revan on the BH. Is there fix for this, or do I need to re-make a BH and complete the entire storyline again?
