Thanks for replying. But I don't use Steam to access Swtor. And I haven't done a chargeback at all. But I think I will call them tomorrow.
Well things aren't working so good. A rundown of TSing that I have done so far.
1. Contacted Swtor support today and found that my account is NOT banned. And the CS actually logged into the game on my account and it worked fine. That definitely points to the problem being on my end of the internet.
2. Reset my cable modem and router and my PC and restarted them in the proper order.
3. Tried to repair the Swtor game files (with the help of CS).
4. Uninstalled the game and downloaded a new launcher setup.exe from the Swtor website. Reinstalled the game from scratch. And it's still coming up with a connection error.
5. I use Windows Defender as Virus Protection and checked the settings for it and Star Wars is listed as a program that is ALLOWED. But my Firewall is turned ON. Like I said, this has worked just fine before Sunday night.
I am pulling my hair out at this point. This worked fine on Saturday. Anyone have new suggestions for a fix? Please.

using a VPN may give an indication this is the issueYeah this is just ridiculous. Tried the VPN and no help. I am going to check my Router tonight but have to wait til wife is not using Internet and cable TV lol. Never had a game do this before and I am at a loss for ideas.
BTW I reinstalled again...why can I go through the whole install process, downloading files, get into the launcher and login, just to get a connection error as it goes to the character select screen? It just doesn't make any sense to me. Especially since CS used my account to login and actually play one of my toons. Up until today I hadn't changed a **bleep** thing to my setup when this started to happen. Mind boggling
