What the Hey

I have purchased 2 6-month subscriptions in the last two days. Neither of them has been credited to my account. I cannot even open a ticket in game because of this; I have done everything from logging out to restarting my computer and nothing has worked. What am I missing or is this an ongoing problem? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
